Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive hourly rate of $20-$22 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, New Albany Country Club offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance available on the first day of employment, paid time off, a 401k, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to menu and recipe specifications
Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor food quantities and communicate to management when supplies are low
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Follow instructions and procedures from Head Chef and Sous Chef
Attend all required training or meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a line cook
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
