As well as overseeing the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs.ResponsibilitiesThe overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis.Achieving high operational and merchandising standards.The achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results.Taking a proactive approach to business trends and needs.Setting a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture.Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational.Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives.Who you areA Brand Ambassador that has a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.You bring strong management and communication skills with a track record of being a well-respected leader in your field.You focus on developing new revenues and business streams.You embrace change and thrive in keeping up with innovation in the retail industry.A fashion enthusiast whose friends and colleagues think you are the go-to person for industry trends and product knowledge.The customer is a top priority, and you excel on building relationships with your clients and providing a world class experience.Diesel supports workforce diversity.
