About the Role
  • Provide nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting
  • Collaborate with physicians, mid-level practitioners, and administrative staff to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  • Triage phone calls, respond to clinical communications, and update patient records
  • Conduct insurance prior authorization, track test results, and review abnormal results with supervising physicians
  • Assist with clinical instruction, complete medical and administrative forms, and support administrative operations
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, function as a resource to the team, and resolve complex issues
  • Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer applications necessary to function in an ambulatory setting
  • Comfort in a practice environment that promotes patient-centered care
  • RN licensure and EP/Cardiology experience preferred
