Job Title: Registered Nurse Psychiatric

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, ongoing position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse Psychiatric, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical patient care on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff to ensure that appropriate care is delegated and provide support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical patient care on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure that appropriate care is delegated.
  • Provide support to the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
