Our vision is to be a leading small business insurance provider nationwide.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex internal and external data to shape product strategy. Quantify and monitor their impact on growth and profitability across all Small Commercial Lines of Businesses.Effectively manage analytical projects of high complexity using available tools and data systems to identify and solve business issues and present findings to Line of Business and Senior leaders.Support the design, development and implementation of system and process solutions that align with business strategy.Conduct competitor intelligence research to evaluate business strategies.Understand predictive modeling and other quantitative concepts and serve as a resource to others interpreting these concepts for business applications.Document, maintain, and version control underwriting guidelines, strategies and enhancements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics).3+ years of experience in product analytics, pricing, or actuarial roles within P&C insurance, with specific experience in small commercial lines.Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).Excellent communication skills with ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Must be comfortable and proficient working in a matrixed environment, with stakeholders at various levels and in various departments.SalaryBase pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yrBenefitsWe are an equal opportunity employer that maintains a welcoming and enriching work environment for all.Competitive compensationHealthcare benefits package that begins on first day of employment401K retirement plan with company matchGenerous paid time off and 9 ½ paid holidaysUp to 6 weeks of parental and bonding leaveHybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)Longevity awards (every 5 years of employment)Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employmentOpportunities for continued training and career advancementJob detailsEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelJob function: Research, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
