What You’ll Do Account Management & Client Happiness Maintain and deepen relationships with current wholesale partners Handle reorders, upsells, questions, and anything that helps buyers stay engaged with Nani Keep clients stocked, supported, and excited for each new season Ensure that every retailer feels like a top‑tier partner Sales Growth & New Business Development Research, prospect, pitch, and close new retail partners Travel to buyer meetings to present new collections Identify and act on new opportunities before anyone else sees them Help the team hit and exceed sales targets Enter and manage CRM data with a high degree of accuracy Create opportunities, track pipelines, and maintain detailed account records Draft quotes, proposals, line sheets, and presentations, sales materials Manage wholesale orders, fulfillment updates, and logistics communication across Shopify, SPS Commerce, ShipHero, and more Follow up on delays, shipments, inventory levels, and order timelines Keep wholesale operations organized, timely, and efficient Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing to personalize sales presentations and build standout sales assets Communicate with product, finance, and operations to support every wholesale account Provide field feedback and support to help guide product development and sales strategy Contribute to building and refining wholesale playbooks, SOPs, and internal systems Reporting, Insights & Strategy Analyze sales performance, reorder patterns, and retailer sell‑through Prepare weekly and monthly reports to keep the team aligned Spot patterns, challenges, and opportunities, and propose solutions What To Bring to the Team Experience & Expertise 2 to 6 years in wholesale sales, account management, business development, or sales operations Experience with lifestyle, outdoor, activewear, or swim brands is a plus Confident working with CRM tools and systems Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms Proven ability to pitch, present, and manage structured sales outreach Skills & Strengths Extremely organized and detail‑oriented Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Tech‑savvy with spreadsheets, CRMs, and operational systems Comfortable using Canva for creating cohesive, on‑brand sales assets and visual updates Values & Attitude (The Nani Way) Positive energy combined with proactive ownership Team‑oriented, supportive, and collaborative Confident and clear communicator with professionalism and transparency Lifelong learner with a drive to improve systems and processes Passion for women’s empowerment, adventure, and purpose‑driven products Willing to go above and beyond when it matters Balanced and grounded, with respect for both work and personal life Why You’ll Love Working at Nani Real opportunities for professional growth A women‑owned company that feels personal and grounded A creative environment where new ideas are encouraged Purpose‑driven work that helps women get outside with confidence A diverse and inclusive workplace where every voice matters We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team where everyone feels supported and valued.
