Title Convenience Store Manager in Training Job Type: Full‑time Description Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our Store Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; supervising staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance. Report all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager. Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures. When the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all managerial duties. Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees. Supervise employees. Execute all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager. Communicate company promotions to store employees. Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job‑related qualifications. For this role, the minimum salary opportunity is: $17.00‑$29.00 per hour. About us Haffner’s: A Regional Leader Fueled by Family, Integrity, and Safety.
