We are seeking hospitality-focused individuals looking to join our industry-leading, rapidly growing, and nationally recognized companyCheck out some of our content videos to learn moreWho We AreInsomnia Cookies TimelineCore ValuesOur sweet MIT perks & compensation:Starting pay up to $20.00/hrEligibility for end-of-period store bonusComprehensive benefits starting the first day after 60 days of employment$25.00 monthly cellphone stipend10 days of paid vacation plus 2 paid Insomnia Personal Days of WellnessJob stability with a rapidly growing and reputable companyAchievable growth and promotion opportunitiesWork in a fun, exciting team environmentFREE cookies with every shiftWhat will I do as a MIT with Insomnia Cookies?Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when the Store Ops Manager (GM) is not presentSupervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveriesLead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staffConduct initial interviews for potential new hires (Cookie Crew, Shift Leaders, and Delivery Drivers) in the absence of the managerSupport Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and schedulingHold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards (baking, uniform, policies, etc.)Ensure all team members excel in upselling and customer serviceDesired skills/experience:At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail settingExperience conducting in-person interviews for hourly support staffExperience with Point of Sale (POS) systemsProficiency in MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking SystemsAvailability to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 mid-to-late shifts (Thurs-Sun)Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the USAbout us:Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm by Seth Berkowitz.
