What We’re Looking For Licensed attorney in Massachusetts (dual licensure in CT or RI is a plus). 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, motions, legal research, depositions, and client reporting. Toxic tort and/or product liability experience strongly preferred. Strong research, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and comfort managing multiple deadlines. A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of assignments.
