OverviewWe're seeking a high-level account manager who can think quickly on their feet and provide a white glove service to our national accounts. This position requires strategic thinking and the ability to plan projects with internal teams and the client. The Account Manager is the heartbeat of the company, working with some of the world's leading names in the music industry. This position is the nucleus between the client and production. Our purpose is to empower the client to continue growing their business and leave print management up to the professionals. The Key Account Manager will work closely with clients and drive approvals, launches, and last-minute wins.ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic liaison between clients and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide white glove service to national accounts and support client growth.Coordinate approvals, launches, and timely delivery milestones.Collaborate with internal teams to plan projects and align on client objectives.Qualifications5+ years of experience in account management or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in high-level customer service.Screen Print or Decorated Merchandise background is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and prioritization.LocationChicago (HQ) #J-18808-Ljbffr
