Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to teams, handling various HR and operations tasks, including event coordination, employee recruiting, and operational tracking. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, supporting multiple projects and ensuring compliance with safety and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and employee training tasks.
Coordinate meetings, events, and plant tours.
Manage safety training and employee attendance data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Support the Operations team with administrative tasks and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with safety and HR regulations.
Qualifications: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
3-5 years of office or HR-related experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
