We are looking for an experienced gutter installer looking to move up to a crew chief level position. We have a complete rig to run gutters including ladders, gutter machine and tools, we just need you You will be an employee of a fast growing renovation business in one of the best markets in the Atlanta metro area. RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner and be able to communicate with customers and senior managementMaintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and suppliesInspects work for the highest qualityAttention to detail when working at customer's propertyFollows all safety policies and proceduresBe able to manage one or two other installers to maximize productivityQUALIFICATIONSAt least one year successfully installing gutters on residential propertiesGood customer service skillsHighly organized and self-motivatedQuality conscious and detail-orientedUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordMust be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background checkCompensation: Pay is based on amount installed; $1.00 per ft for crew chief, 75 cents a foot for helper and $2.50 per ft for 3 man crew Behind every excellent paint job, are the people who get to know the homeowner, help craft the design, improve the look and feel and even keep the project moving along.
