We are seeking a recent law school graduate or associate attorney for our litigation practice.


The firm offers competitive compensation with a base salary and a percentage based on the cases you originate. In addition, there is an annual bonus potential and a benefits package.


Responsibilities:

· Ability to conduct research, review, analyze and draft pleadings

· Experience reviewing records to effectively draft demand letters and negotiate with insurance carrier and opposing counsel

· Attend hearings, depositions and mediations


Qualifications:

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills

· Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Be proactive, and a self-starter
