Instrument Electronics Technician I

Part of Neogen's Electronics Instrumentation Group, is responsible for Level 1 Diagnostics and repair of all return equipment. Responsible for assisting with equipment burn-ins, coordinates equipment repairs and customer feedback through Tech Services, Customer Service, Product Management and Sales.

Compiles detailed repair paperwork, including quantities produced, scrapped, etc.

Assist in maintaining Neogen CASE system entries for the Electronics Dept. repairs

Performs on-bench level 1 diagnosis and repair.

Provides Customer Support and depot repair for all of Neogen's electronic products

Troubleshoots and repair. Level 1 issues

Coordinates all repairs of electronic equipment

Assists in burn-ins of new electronic equipment
