Reporting Structure: The Physical Therapist with report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation 

Job Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist: 

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans 
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques to promote recovery and improve patients mobility and function 
  • Monitor and track patients progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals 
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
  • Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care 

Qualifications: 

  • Physical Therapist License
  • Current BLS certification
