Naeve Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated Diesel Maintenance Technician to join our team in Andover, Iowa. If you have a knack for keeping equipment running smoothly and enjoy problem-solving mechanical issues, then this might just be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Diesel Maintenance Technician at Naeve Inc., your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. You'll also have the chance to work on hydraulic systems, perform electrical repairs, and communicate effectively with your team.
Reports to: President/Owner
Pay Range: $20-$30 based on skills plus overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday - ability to be on call during off hours and busy season (company phone provided)
Work Location: In person in Andover, IA

Diesel Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Automotive Mechanics: 1+ year
- Maintenance experience required; Diesel experience preferred
- Ability to provide own tools (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules
- Comfortable working some nights and weekends when on call
