In this full-time, on-site role located in Queen Creek, AZ, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, meeting revenue targets, developing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to maximize customer engagement. The Sales Leader will also collaborate with management to strategically identify new opportunities, monitor team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery while representing the company’s values and commitment to guest satisfaction.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targetsLeadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectivelyExcellent communication and customer relationship-building abilitiesStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategiesProficiency in using sales management software and toolsFlexibility to work on-site in Queen Creek, AZ, and availability to manage a full-time schedulePrevious experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
