PatientFi® is a technology-based, point-of-sale financing company in Irvine, CA that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients a friendly payment solution for out-of-pocket medical and dental procedures. The company serves various healthcare specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, and medical spas. PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the cost barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option. The Territory for the Sales Director will include: Carolinas / Florida / Gulf Coast / Mid South / South TX / Dallas Job Description The Sales Director serves as a leadership role within PatientFi’s Commercial Team. This position is responsible for driving regional sales performance by leading a high-performing team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Practice Success Managers (PSMs). As a key liaison between field sales and cross‑functional departments, the Sales Director ensures strategic alignment and execution across the region. This individual is accountable for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of performance and empowerment, and executing sales initiatives that increase adoption, transaction volume, and long‑term provider success. Applicants for this role must reside in the sales region, and travel will be required for field visits, customer meetings, internal meetings, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent. Train, coach, and mentor direct reports to achieve and exceed individual and regional sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Lead weekly team meetings, 1:1s, field visits, and collaborative planning sessions. Sales Execution & Strategy Own regional sales performance; exceed volume, revenue, and account. Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to optimize team performance and territory strategy. Develop regional go‑to‑market plans in alignment with company priorities. Partner with the SVP of Sales to set and refine strategic priorities based on company priorities. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Underwriting to ensure unified messaging and execution. Provide regional insights to influence product development, go‑to‑market campaigns, and operational processes. Champion feedback Loops between field reps and internal stakeholders to improve tools, processes, and partner experience. Performance‑Driven, Accountability, and Empowerment. Foster a supportive, ambitious, and collaborative culture that celebrates wins and promotes continuous improvement. Recognize and reward high performance, resilience, and contributions to the broader team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
