Tulsa Ballet seeks a Capital Campaign Manager to help create and implement a comprehensive strategy to raise funds to support special projects for Tulsa Ballet. This position is a highly administrative position that assists with providing support to the volunteer Campaign Chair and Campaign Committee and assisting soliciting, and stewarding donors while continually cultivating new donor prospects.


Reports to:  Managing Director


Skills and Experience

 

·     Strong organizational skills

·     Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills

·     Exceptional interpersonal skills

·     Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, Board members, donors, prospective donors

·     Database experience (preferably Tessitura)

·     One to two years of campaign or higher level (gala) fundraising experience

 

 Job Description

 

·     Provide staff support to volunteer Campaign Chair by way of scheduling, preparing collateral and support materials, research, and reporting.

·     Document and track all aspects of the campaign, including timelines, deadlines, and action items.

·     Document and track all individual management initiatives, including prospecting, cultivation, acknowledgement, and continued donor stewardship.

·     Track all payments, pledges, and expenses and provide a weekly update report.

·     Authorize procedures, systems, and policies for the processing of campaign gifts and expenses.

·     Attend campaign meetings and events.

·     Help provide linkage to new and existing corporate, foundation, and individual prospects.

·     Work with Campaign Chair and committee on evaluating and developing solicitation strategies for top prospects.

·     Assist the Campaign Chair and committee members with cultivating and soliciting prospects.

·     Maintain a master calendar to maximize cultivation events and keep campaign committee on track.

·     Assume responsibility for success of campaign.
