As we scale our customer base and expand our AI visibility platform, we’re hiring an Engagement Manager to ensure every customer not only succeeds with Delve but feels deeply supported along the way. You’ll be working closely with an elite team that has successfully scaled and sold tech products. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to customers, helping them operationalize Delve trackers, dashboards, and AI-driven insights. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Agency teams to drive adoption, influence the roadmap, and turn Delve into an indispensable part of your customers’ workflow. How You’ll Drive Success Act as a strategic advisor Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers ranging from the hottest startups to global enterprises. Lead structured business reviews to ensure the client is achieving their goals, and provide guidance on optimizing the use of the technology. Uncover real customer needs by understanding what they mean, not just what they say, and translate those into clear actions and solutions. Drive adoption & real outcomes Help customers integrate Delve into daily workflows across PR, Marketing, Comms, Brand, and Executive teams. Translate AI Search insights, media patterns, and coverage signals into simple, actionable recommendations. Proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks across multi-threaded accounts. Communicate with speed & clarity Maintain organized, responsive communication across email, Slack, and calls, ensuring customers always feel heard. Condense complex ideas into crisp, easy-to-use guidance. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with calm, structured execution. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and drive superior, data-informed client outcomes. Bridge customers and product teams Deliver concise, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering. Surface themes, friction points, and feature requests with clarity and prioritization. Collaborate with Sales on onboarding, renewal planning, and account growth. What You Bring 2–3+ years in Sales Engineering, Customer Success or Account Management at a startup, or 4+ years in customer-facing roles. Exceptional communicator who’s comfortable presenting insights, dashboards, and executive-level recommendations. Deeply empathetic: skilled at making customers feel understood and supported. Highly organized, responsive, and strong at multi-tasking. Analytical mindset and confidence working with data and metrics. Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools to accelerate workflows and increase efficiency. Comfortable owning processes end-to-end and navigating ambiguity. Ability to quickly turn complicated data or concepts into easy-to-understand, executive‑ready and concise decks. Experience in media intelligence, marketing, social listening, AI search/GEO, SEO or AI platforms is a strong plus.
