Essential **
Schedule with families, plan activities and provide therapy services while following POC.
Record type of treatment and patients reaction to treatment on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patients record weekly.
* Be supervised weekly and follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by your respective state board.
* Perform in person and telehealth visits with company platform when necessary.

PTA- A minimum of 2 yr. Associates Degree, licensure or certification by the state of Texas.
