Join to apply for the Membership Consultant role at Cowboys Fit Position Overview Membership Consultants play a key role in the company’s overall success by: Achieving and exceeding membership sales and revenue goals and selling ancillary services Contributing to member retention and satisfaction by advising members and guests on programs that will help them meet their long- and short-term health and fitness goals Providing members and guests with legendary service and enhancing their sense of belonging and community within the club Key Responsibilities Achieve or exceed individual membership sales goals by generating referrals, converting inquiries into appointments and closing prospects Implement all steps of the sales process, including assessing needs, presenting value‑based options, leading tours and closing sales Help integrate new members into personal training by attaching point‑of‑sale sessions and/or scheduling complimentary onboarding sessions Meet weekly and monthly goals and metrics as outlined in individual tracking sheets Actively develop leads through telephone, internet and community outreach, corporate visits, referrals and special events Utilize the lead tracking system to manage prospect and member data Complete and submit new member paperwork before leaving the club Attend membership meetings, club and company events, promotional planning and execution of promotions Customer Service Focus Ensure superior customer service by sustaining a culture committed to listening to members and exceeding expectations Create and deepen relationships with members and enhance community sense by outreach and communication Deal with member issues proactively, owning problems and solving within a 24‑hour period Be knowledgeable about the company, services, promotions and practices to provide consistent accurate information Operations Contribution Work as part of the overall team by supporting co‑workers and addressing challenges in a positive team‑centered manner Maintain knowledge of company services and promotions Be proficient in all club software systems Follow all club policies and procedures Attend all meetings, special events, education sessions to learn and provide feedback and ideas Benefits Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employment Information Job Title: Membership Consultant Company: Cowboys Fit Directly Reports to: Sales Manager Department: Sales Work Schedule: Full‑time; schedule varies; includes prime time, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights as needed.
