This is a Surgical Territory Manager position with a well-known medical device company.

Job Description:

  • Educate physicians on the company's products, benefits to hospitals for use of the company's products, correct placement and technique, and ease of use with products.
  • Closely work with the commercial teams with the purpose of obtaining successful results for patients, surgeons, and hospitals
  • Explain and communicate complex clinical data for the purpose of assisting surgeons in correct product selection based on patient's symptoms and co-morbidities
  • Ensure short-term and long-term revenue objectives are met through development of business plans within the assigned territory
  • Actively participate in regional and national team meetings and calls, sharing best practices with colleagues

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $75,000 base salary
  • $150,000+ OTE, uncapped; Territory is in great shape, top reps earning $300,000+
  • Medical, Dental, Vision benefits

  • Company car + gas card + all travel expenses covered

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE experience selling into hospitals
  • MUST HAVE quota attainment or % to plan numbers listed on your resume for each year you have been in sales
  • Established surgeon relationships and experience selling to and access to hospitals throughout Buffalo and Rochester preferred
  • Bachelor degree required
  • MUST be located and living within Buffalo or Rochester (no relocation accepted)
