Do you have capability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers within the team, fostering their growth and development.4. Do you have Professional Engineer (P.E.) Certification: Possession of a Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification to enhance credibility and expertise in the field. - preferred5. Do you have LEED AP Accreditation: Accreditation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional demonstrates expertise in sustainable design practices. - preferred 6.
