This full-time temporary position will support marketing operations in the execution of grower and seller marketing programs. This position will be retrieving and transforming large amounts of data and distributing resulting reports and forms to a large group of sales team members. This team member will also execute the creation of documents to be distributed to retailers for their growers. This team member will provide ad-hoc support to other team members to execute and fulfill program execution needs. This will require collaborating with cross-functional resources to meet business needs.

Extracting data from existing systems, transforming it into templates provided.
Requires attention to detail and ability to validate their own work.
Need to be able to focus on repetitive tasks that are not complex but highly important.
*20% Process Management and Execution*
Drive execution of processes related to key sales initiatives and tasks, ensuring high quality results and timely completion.
Examples include:
Extract data to feed reporting on a weekly basis.
Be able to combine all data and place it in the appropriate location to feed additional reporting.
Be able to complete a mail merge or similar type process to customize data in a resulting template.
Create files of results for the appropriate recipient and distribute them to the appropriate team member.
*20% Administrative and Ad-hoc support*
Support marketing operations, sales operations and IT team members in the completion of administrative tasks to support execution of Edge and Catalyst marketing programs.

1-3 years experience, in sales, sales support, customer service, or similar role.

Self-motivated and ability to work independently

Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Agility & flexibility to adjust to changing demands – Sense of urgency
