Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator Location: Santa Clara, California (On-Site Only) Type: Part-Time / Contract (Potential to Grow into Full-Time) Role Overview We’re seeking a creative and design‑driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our on‑site team in Santa Clara. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing stunning interiors, showcasing the artistry behind each project, and telling compelling visual stories across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and staging teams to plan, capture, and publish content that elevates our brand presence and engages our audience. Key Responsibilities Capture photo and video content during staging installs, design reveals, and warehouse prep days. Create engaging Reels, before‑and‑after transformations, and lifestyle posts that highlight our design work and process. Develop and execute a monthly social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) aligned with brand goals. Write captions and content that reflect One Two Six Design's tone – modern, polished, and approachable. Schedule posts, monitor performance, and analyze metrics to optimize engagement and reach. Engage with followers, realtors, and design partners to grow brand awareness and community presence. Stay ahead of design, real‑estate, and social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing social media for a creative, design, or lifestyle brand. Strong grasp of Instagram and TikTok platforms and trends. Excellent aesthetic eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing tools. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Comfortable working on‑site during staging and shoot days. Must have reliable transportation for attending projects across the Bay Area. Bonus Skills Background in photography or videography (especially interior‑focused). Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite. Experience managing influencer collaborations or paid social campaigns. Compensation: Hourly rate or monthly retainer, commensurate with experience and project scope.
