We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our senior living community in Worland, WY. Worland is a rural farmanch community that is close to the mountains for hiking, water sports, fishing and hunting.

FT and PT shifts available 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Job Description

The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team at the community. p>

Responsibilities

Monitor patients throughout their treatment Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs Ensure that patients take their medication Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community Liaise with patients' families

Qualifications

Completed LPN license program Computer skills Excellent interpersonal skills Love for seniors
