The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with residents and their families. You will be responsible for providing personalized care with empathy and respect, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being, and practicing according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards. Our center offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous Paid Time Off program, holidays, 401k, and more.
