Location: Orchard, Singapore Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Citizenship Requirement: Singaporean citizens only We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and strategic development of a Single-Family Office based in Orchard Rd, Singapore. This role demands a dynamic leader with deep expertise in financial oversight, operational governance, and multi-jurisdictional tax coordination. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across all facets of the family office. Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to: Supervising the existing team Oversee middle office functions: fund flows, remittances, trade settlements, cash management, vendor payments Liaise on securities corporate actions: dividends, share splits, capital calls Manage fund companies’ dividend documentation and repatriation Coordinate loan/collateral documentation and charge registration Handle investment subscription documentation and KYC due diligence Aggregate and consolidate portfolio data; produce performance reports Calculate and manage billing and collection of management fees Liaise with private banks on account documentation, W8 BEN, SoW corroboration Organize monthly and ad-hoc investment meetings Coordinate with fund accountants, auditors, and tax advisors on GST, ECI, ITC, Form C-S Ensure compliance with MAS, FATCA, CRS, and corporate secretarial filings Liaise with nominee directors and external vendors Support strategic initiatives: corporate restructuring, estate planning, property transactions Perform additional duties as required to support organizational goals Core competencies include, but not limited to: Minimum 10 years’ experience in a single-family office, multi-family office, wealth management or public accounting firm Must have experience managing a team, ability to work independently, a problem-solver and think outside-the-box Strong grasp of multi-jurisdictional tax and financial structures Proven track record in financial management, operational leadership, and project execution Strong grasp of Singapore’s regulatory landscape (MAS, MOM, IRAS) and regional best practices Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (required) MBA or professional accounting certifications (CPA, ACA, ACCA) preferred Remuneration will commensurate with experience and generous benefits included. #J-18808-Ljbffr
