Become an order fulfillment pro and customer service champion

This role is vital to our company's success. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process, while providing exceptional customer service. You'll wear many hats, coordinating with customers, sales reps, and internal departments to process orders, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise.



What you'll do:

Order Entry Specialist: Turn customer and sales rep orders into accurate sales orders in our ERP system, making sure they get to the right warehouse and ship on time.
Customer Communication Champion: Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle, notifying them of order confirmations, pickup details, tracking information, and potential delays.
Problem-Solving Pro: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries, providing order details, product information, price confirmation, and resolving any concerns they may have.
Team Player: Collaborate with internal departments and sales representatives to ensure order accuracy, timely shipping, and overall customer satisfaction. You'll also provide support to the sales team by communicating with customers about orders and products.
Account Liaison: Build relationships with new and existing customers, managing their accounts and ensuring a positive experience.
Returns & Warranty Expert: Coordinate product returns, claims, and warranty issues for a smooth customer experience.



We're looking for someone with:

High School Diploma
A strong eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.



Bonus points if you have:

Experience in customer service or order fulfillment.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Manufacturing Experience
