About This RoleOur Associate Director(s) of Media are the primary account interface with clients. They interact with both the day-to-day client partners with minimal oversight needed from the Director or Sr. Director of Media. We’re looking for someone with the confidence to help build rapport and long-term relationships, anticipate client needs, demonstrate and reinforce ongoing Arm Candy value and bring critical thinking/problem-solving skills to the table.ResponsibilitiesProven success managing multiple clients in the day to day of planning and execution of strategies and campaignsDevelop media plans that are expected to succeed client goals and sell them into client partners across multiple platforms and media channelsDecipher true client needs and help lead them to success and educate direct reports to improve these client skillsStrong at articulating thoughts and ideas for or against the initial ask and delivering strategic guidance to clients and partnersExcel at manipulating large data sets in excel and or google sheets to support your ideasManagement and oversight of creative trafficking across all media channels and platformsOversee the project management of the deployment of pixels, tags and other mechanisms needed to attribute proper (sales, revenue, leads, etc.) performance metricsCollaborate seamlessly with agency-clients on creative needs for strong performance and provide creative direction to continually enhance campaigns from historical insights gainedLead and mentor both internal team members and agency-client teamsProvide high-end monitoring and reporting of media activity and monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, etc.) leveraging your team to ensure client optimism toward performanceManagement of client billing schedules, invoicing, actualizations and reconciliationsOversee and provide higher level thinking on the why and what next for clients in campaign recaps and case studies to client and agency partners that are developed by direct reportsManage team of direct reports and oversee their performance/deliverablesBasic understanding of P&L to hold team and client accountableQualificationsMust be located in DFW or willing to relocate8+ years of media experienceStrong client-facing skills and experience (problem solving, cultivating rapport, etc.)Previous experience and knowledge within the programmatic ecosystem (DSP/SSP’s, CDP, DMP, ad-networks, etc.)Experience managing sizable media plans containing multiple channels – at an average of $3M-$5M in media spendUnderstanding of all forms of media, both digital and traditionalFantastic presenter with strong storytelling skillsExcellent in project management skills and other team management techniquesEfficient workflow understandingStrong experience and knowledge in media math, understanding fee and commission based modelsProficient in ExcelStrong relationship building with ability to work effectively with internal team members, external clients and other agency partners3+ years of management experiencePosition StatusSalaried Exempt #J-18808-Ljbffr
