We are a warm, collaborative sales team and we are looking for someone who is passionate about digital media and ad tech. If you're an experienced salesperson who is looking to advance your media sales career, we would love to speak with you Responsibilities Include Build relationships with media agencies and brands Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect database Break new business and grow existing partnerships with advertisers Work closely with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings Collaborate with the media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution Contribute to the company's marketing strategies and product development Attend conferences and industry events Mentor new hires and junior team members Here Are A Few Indicators That You're The Right Person You love digital media and advertising technology and you have an existing list of agency relationships You possess a high level of integrity and professionalism You love entertaining, talking to, and meeting new people You're a natural overachiever who likes to set the bar high You're a self-starter, passionate about learning, and are a natural problem solver You have strong organization skills and show great attention to detail You prioritize well, display a sense of urgency, and have no problem meeting deadlines You have a proven track record of strong performance, including breaking new business and exceeding quotas Requirements 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales Some Company Benefits Include Competitive Pay & Favorable Commission Package Hybrid Work Schedule Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Mental Health Resources Volunteer Opportunities Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000, plus commission We welcome diversity and non-traditional paths into all of our roles.
