Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, depending on experience, with the potential to earn incentives based on performance *****Relocation Assistance Available Typical Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, but exact hours may vary. Learn more about us at https://harnessroofing.com/ *Estimator Expectations* * Youre accountable for waterproofing estimating, cost analysis and estimate coordination for projects for all branches. This may include travel to Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Tennessee, Missouri and other Mid-South locations to estimate projects. * You will gather information for and put together all waterproofing bids for all branches. * Youll be collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, office staff, customers and vendors, so you must be comfortable interacting with people in-person and on the phone. * Youll be tasked with gathering all of the data and information needed from clients in order to accurately prepare the lump sum, unit rate and cost, plus detailed estimates. * You will be responsible for performing comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between projects. * As our Waterproofing Estimator, you will review and develop material takeoffs, evaluate and develop labor rates and evaluate proposals for subcontract cost estimates, to make sure we have all the necessary information before starting a project. * Youll analyze cost estimates and prepare contingency, escalation, and reconciliations for estimates. * Well look to you to thoroughly review process designs and engineering specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives as needed. * Youll be utilizing our software system, Edge, on a daily basis to estimate projects. * Youll be working at a fast pace to estimate large-scale commercial waterproofing projects and will need to adapt quickly to changing conditions to ensure we stay on schedule and meet our goals. * When challenges arise, maintain a positive attitude and a calm demeanor as you work towards a solution. * You will maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations. *Estimator Skills & Experience* Were flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role.
