In addition, RCD will work closely with both Capital Sales representatives and Recon sales representatives to help achieve the sales objectives across all sales territories while operating within Company policies/procedures and the assigned expense budget.* Leading and managing the Clinical team (Robotics Clinical Specialist) in the region* Responsible for all new and existing Robotic accounts within their geography.* Act as implementation quarter back in new accounts organizing training of both SNN coverage, Acct staff, & Surgeons, marketing activities* The RCD & Clinical subordinates will showcase clinical and technical expertise behind CORI and related technique applications including RI Hip and future application releases.* Lead market development activities behind each Robotic installation within their respective region, driving adoption on hip and knee applications across the surgeons and increasing the technical utilization of our robotic and navigated solutions.* A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience* 5 years of Clinical or Sales experience in the medical device industry, previous leadership experience preferred**Travel Requirements:** within designated territory with 2-4 overnights a week. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences*All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.**The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience and geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate’s performance in the role.
