9817 Crescent Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 Position Summary The purpose of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is to define and own the course of action allowing Crescent to attract, retain, and grow talent. Talent made up of thoughtful business leaders that care for people, our customers, and the communities in which we operate. The role will focus on the selection, recruitment, and onboarding for all Level 1 – 4 leaders and select indirect hourly talent, meeting or exceeding KPI’s for retention and staffing percentage. These primary responsibilities are core to Crescent being able to turn our Talent into a Competitive Advantage while meeting our customer’s and our company’s needs. These systems will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P’s: Purpose Process People While building on our Values of: Doing it Right Doing it Safe Doing it Well Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safety Doing it Safe – Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook Ensure only safety conscious People are hired or promoted within Crescent People In conjunction with the Vice President of People and Culture – brand Crescent within our industries as a preferred place to work Partner in the creation and design of our hiring marketing materials In conjunction with the Manager of Compensation and Benefits – monitor the alignment of all Crescent compensation bands within the markets we operate and new markets to expand. Proactively promote the need for change when circumstances dictate it Promote and assist in Crescent achieving its goal of 2/3 internal promotions Develop list of annual events and career fairs for Crescent to actively attend Identify and implement programs or sources to attract and retain our talent Productivity Ensure we only promote high performing People who live our values Monitor all open positions within the sites and ensure there is an established course of action to recruit and fill these positions Continually refine the recruitment process to better improve our ability to gauge each candidate’s skills and their overall fit Deliver on established timelines for recruitment of external & internal positions Quality Actively manage the recruitment of all Level 1 – 4 and select hourly indirect positions Data Integrity – Ensure the complete integrity of all data Maintain a network providing Crescent with access to talent Customer Value In conjunction with the Regional People Managers, Site People Generalists and Hiring Manager ensure the TSP for each new hire or promotion is accurate and current Ensure each new hire receives an onboarding plan Follow up with all new hires and promotions to assess their level of satisfaction with their new opportunity – perform any and all CAPA to address issues or concerns Maintain a network providing Crescent with access to talent In conjunction with the Manager of Compensation and Benefits review and assess our overall competitive landscape at each of our businesses Regulatory Operate in full compliance of Crescent hiring process and state, federal regulations Do It Right Doing what is right for our customers, doing what is right for our company and doing what is right for our People. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent Natural interpersonal and communication Strong detail-oriented and resourceful Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience working for a recruiting LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed recruiting Experience with salary Greenhouse ATS experience.
