In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across our technology, digital, and data openingspartnering closely with hiring leaders to find and attract exceptional talent that will drive QVC Group's continued transformation.Where You'll WorkThis role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles, from intake through offer negotiation and closeBuild trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing market insights, calibrating on talent profiles, and influencing hiring decisionsDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive talent marketsDeliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our employer brand and valuesUse data to inform your approachtracking pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving outcomesContribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing that elevate our collective capabilitiesPartner with our Employer Brand and TA Operations colleagues to amplify reach and efficiencyWhat You'll Bring5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with meaningful time recruiting in technology, digital product, data/analytics, or related disciplines5+ years experience filling complex, senior-level roles in the Technology field or sector.5+ years experience translating corporate priorities into candidate requirements for hire.5+ years experience using recruitment data to develop strategy for niche and challenging roles.5+ years experience leading recruitment project and process improvements.Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you'll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts In our US market, you can also expect health care benefits starting on day 1, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement benefits.
