This presents an incredible opportunity to work closely with our US VP, helping to build and scale our US function from the ground up. We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant (Contract / Temp) to join our high-growth business within the smart tech space. Working collaboratively with our established teams in the UK and Dubai, you’ll play a key role in a global business that has already proven its success across permanent and contract markets. We continue to expand rapidly across both permanent and contract markets and the USA is our next exciting chapter. Collaborate with established teams in the UK and Dubai to support a global business model. Recruit for permanent and contract roles within the smart tech space. Manage and develop relationships with clients and candidates in the US market. Contribute to the development of hiring processes and best practices for a growing office. Qualifications & Expectations Senior Recruitment Consultant experience with a track record in contract/temp recruitment (US exposure preferred). Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across international teams. Ambitious, resilient, and able to operate in a high-growth environment. Interest and ability to work within the smart tech industry.
