**Description**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

? Directs and coordinates all activities of the New Truck Department in accomplishing objectives and defined sales goals.

? Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales and net profit target based on current market conditions.

? Evaluates New Truck Department performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate action as necessary.

? Appraises performance of New Truck Sales personnel against established standards and targets.

? Controls new truck inventory turns and gross profit, through analysis of market potential.

? Develops and trains New Truck Department sales personnel to ensure objectives are met; assists in selling efforts where necessary.

? Assigns accounts and territories in order to meet market share objectives of the company.

? Other duties as assigned

Education General Experience

Bachelors degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited fouryear

college or university

and

Minimum of five years related experience and/or

training

An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable

Specific Experience

? Knowledge of the wholesale/retail market.

? Sales and management training.

? People skills a must.

? Must be willing to travel.

? Must possess good work ethics.

? Must be Company/Team minded.

? COL preferred
