As the largest private, independent commercial printer in Virginia and one of the top 100 in the U.S., we serve over 800 premier customers across 40 states. Our expertise spans digital prepress, full web and sheetfed printing, bindery, packaging, mailing, and distribution services. With a history dating back to 1962, we pride ourselves on combining advanced technology with personalized service. We produce approximately 500 custom printing jobs per month, ranging from catalogs and brochures to direct mail and other marketing materials. This is a full‑time role for a Sales Executive located preferably in the mid‑Atlantic or South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Printing Sales Representative to drive sales growth in magazines, catalogs, and specialty printed products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheetfed and web offset printing and a solid understanding of finishing and specialty processes such as cutting, folding, die cutting, perforation, and combination coating applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients in publishing, B2B, and marketing sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for magazines, catalogs, and specialty print projects. Collaborate with estimating, production, and design teams to provide accurate quotes and ensure project feasibility. Advise clients on printing options, paper selection, finishing techniques, and specialty coatings to achieve creative and cost‑effective solutions. Manage projects from initial consultation through final delivery, ensuring high quality and on‑time performance. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial printing sales, preferably with sheetfed and web offset processes. Strong technical knowledge of print production, finishing, and coating techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
