Exciting Opportunity as a Thermal Coating Technician in Chesapeake, VA

Location: Chesapeake, VA
Schedule: Full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: Up to $25, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Apply thermal spray coatings using Twin Electric Arc, Plasma, and HVOF systems.
  • Set up machines for precise coating application.
  • Perform precision measurements using O.D I.D micrometers, calipers, and veneers.
  • Learn and perform basic robot programming operations.
  • Adhere to stringent safety procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and/or training in the thermal spray industry preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions and work orders.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to various ISO and Military standard requirements.
