We are seeking a General Manager to join an established innovator in masterbatch solutions to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. About the Role: As General Manager, you’ll own the P&L and lead a talented cross‑functional team across production, R&D, and sales. You’ll set strategy, build customer partnerships, and champion innovation that keeps the business ahead of industry trends. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role reporting directly to the President, ideal for someone who thrives on turning potential into measurable success. What You’ll Do: Lead the business strategy for the masterbatch and additive compounding operation. Drive revenue growth through market expansion and customer engagement. Oversee manufacturing performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with R&D to launch new, sustainable color and additive technologies. Inspire and develop a high‑performing team and culture of accountability. What You Bring: 8+ years in masterbatch, color, or additive compounding, including 5+ in senior leadership. Strong grasp of extrusion, compounding, and color formulation processes. Proven P&L ownership and business growth achievements. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks. Sales and Business Development background are a plus.
