Position: Python Full Stack Developer – Generative AI Type: Contract to Hire (GC/USC Only) We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Generative AI solution development to join one of our leading banking clients on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in modern web technologies, backend development, and hands‑on exposure to AI frameworks and tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop single‑page applications using modern frameworks and libraries. Build, integrate, and optimize Generative AI solutions leveraging tools like ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph. Develop scalable, secure, and high‑performing enterprise‑grade applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI‑driven solutions. Work in an agile environment, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on experience building Generative AI applications (ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools). Proven expertise in enterprise application development with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. (Nice to have): Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions. Strong problem‑solving skills and a self‑starter mindset with the ability to deliver solutions at speed. GC and U.S. Citizens only (due to contract‑to‑hire conversion requirement). Engagement: Direct with client – No layers involved. Duration: Long‑term contract with potential full‑time conversion.
