Python Developer (Full-Stack )

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture to deployment and optimization.
  • Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines to support machine learning and analytics workflows.
  • Own features end-to-end, integrating internal systems and third-party services as needed.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and front-end developers to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, addressing Python-related performance and reliability concerns.
  • Stay current with emerging Python technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer with a proven portfolio or track record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of Python ecosystems, frameworks, and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with database systems including SQL and NoSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid (Django + Vue full-stack experience strongly preferred).
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, workflows, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the developer community.
