Position Overview The Director of Transformation will lead how Valiantys Federal engages, positions, and delivers value to our most strategic public sector accounts. This role is responsible for transforming our go‑to‑market strategy, execution model, and partnership approach to meet the evolving needs of federal agencies, defense modernization initiatives, and large‑scale systems integrators. You will refine how we sell, partner, and grow—ensuring alignment with emerging technologies, mission‑driven outcomes, and federal regulatory requirements. This leader will work closely with public sector leadership, sales, delivery, and strategic partners to build a scalable transformation strategy that accelerates growth and strengthens our position in the federal market. Key Responsibilities Go‑to‑Market Transformation Redesign and optimize the public sector go‑to‑market operating model to strengthen engagement with strategic accounts. Define short- and long‑term transformation priorities aligned to defense and public sector modernization strategies. Establish frameworks for value messaging, solution positioning, and differentiated offerings for regulated markets. Strategic Account Enablement Improve how we identify, pursue, and expand opportunities within high‑value federal programs. Drive account‑specific engagement strategies that align Valiantys Federal capabilities with mission outcomes. Partner with sales and delivery leaders to elevate account planning, qualification, and execution discipline. Alliance and Partner Ecosystem Development Evolve how we collaborate with system integrators and federal contracting partners. Build repeatable partner engagement models that strengthen teaming, solution co‑creation, and go‑to‑market alignment. Identify and prioritize partner relationships that advance strategic modernization initiatives. Sales & Delivery Excellence Enhance how we position solutions, develop proposals, and articulate technical‑to‑mission value. Create transformation playbooks and operational frameworks for scalable delivery across regulated environments. Drive adoption of best practices supporting federal readiness, compliance, and risk management. Market & Technology Evolution Monitor emerging technologies, procurement trends, and modernization priorities across defense and civilian agencies. Guides internal stakeholders to align capabilities, offerings, and competencies with evolving government needs. Support the development of new service lines, solution accelerators, and mission‑aligned innovations. Qualifications Required 8+ years of experience in federal consulting, transformation leadership, or strategic go‑to‑market roles. Deep understanding of public sector modernization initiatives, federal procurement, and compliance environments. Experience working with or alongside system integrators in the defense or civilian federal market. Strong background in building and evolving GTM strategies, operating models, or business transformation programs. Proven ability to collaborate with executive‑level stakeholders, including mission leaders and technical teams. Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and change leadership skills. Preferred Experience with Atlassian solutions, enterprise workflow systems, or DevSecOps‑focused transformations. Knowledge of emerging technologies used in modernization programs (AI/ML, workflow automation, cloud‑native architectures, etc.). Familiarity with regulated delivery frameworks and secure federal environments. Success Metrics Increased win rates and revenue growth across strategic public sector accounts.
