Surgical Technologist - Per Diem National Spine & Pain Centers Join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our Lady Lake surgery center as a Per Diem Surgical Technologist. Job Details Schedule: As needed Monday through Friday (no weekends, holidays or on‑call) Hours: Day shift, flexible hours Preferred experience: Pain management, neuro, and spine Responsibilities Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures with a high degree of efficiency, anticipating the surgeon’s and patient’s needs during the case. Ensure the availability of adequate supplies, equipment, and instruments for scheduled cases and assist in opening cases in a sterile manner. Utilize physician preference cards to set up each case; update cards when indicated. Assist with patient positioning, skin prep, and draping. Ensure accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts are completed when indicated. Benefits Competitive compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour. Supportive management and a great working environment. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Current BLS certification. CST certification preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and demanding environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.
