Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. This role is crucial in ensuring that both the physical and emotional needs of our residents are met under the guidance of medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a compassionate manner.
  • Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $28-33/hour based on experience, with additional differentials for evening and night shifts.
  • Evening Shift Differential of $5.
  • Weekend pay opportunities available.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Rhode Island.
