About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience to drive high-impact engineering programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapidly evolving landscapes, balancing technical execution with strategic planning. You will work cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals, streamline Agile processes, and remove roadblocks to accelerate delivery. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for scaling processes in dynamic environments. Also, we believe employees are better together. Responsibilities Lead technical programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives, tracking progress through Agile tools Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to optimize delivery Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring alignment between engineering and product Implement Agile best practices and drive process improvements for efficiency Own stakeholder communication, providing clear status updates and reporting Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous learning Ideal Background 10+ years in technical program management, Scrum, or Agile leadership Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred Strong technical foundation in software development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills $180,000 - $225,000 a year Benefits Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical / Dental / Vision / Disability / Life) Paid time off and 13 paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Access to HSA-compatible plans Pre-tax commuter benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP), free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, and other wellness offerings Flow is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and hires regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity and/or expression, pregnancy, Veteran status any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
