Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Software Developer – Digital Transformation Team Location: Charlotte, NC We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our growing development team as we drive a major digital transformation initiative. You’ll work on modernizing our systems, adopting a data-driven approach, and delivering scalable solutions that support our growth. What You’ll Do Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python, SQL, C#/.NET, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize SQL queries, improve application performance, and ensure software scalability. Contribute to system design and architecture decisions. What We’re Looking For 7–12 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong skills in Python and SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences. Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience in financial services. Familiarity with IBM MQ, TIBCO, RabbitMQ, or other messaging tools. Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience designing and architecting systems.
