About the job Kitchen Manager (Syracuse) Job Title: Kitchen Manager Join Our Family-Oriented TeamPosition Overview: Were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Manager to deliver uncompromised excellence in both hospitality and Bar-B-Que As the Kitchen Manager, youll make each guest and each plate the center of your focus. Youll lead by example, ensuring top-notch hospitality, consistent operations, and profitability by guiding, training, and coaching your team. Youll oversee the kitchens key areasincluding Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line qualityalongside FOH systems like ToGo, Host, Bar, and service standards.
