Responsibilities:

Mentor, guide, and train Assistant and Associate Underwriters

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 3 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting; experience in excess & surplus lines preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Dedication to ongoing education and professional growth
Possession of an insurance license, CPCU, CIC, or similar designations is advantageous
